Mora is invite-only — new users must be invited by an existing member of your organization.

Inviting members

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Click Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join. They can sign in with Google or create an email/password account.
Invitations expire after a set period. If the link expires, send a new invitation.

Roles

Each member has one of three roles:
RolePermissions
OwnerFull access. Can manage members, roles, billing, organization settings, and all resources.
AdminSame as owner, except cannot change the owner’s role or delete the organization.
MemberCan create and manage their own datasets, boards, and charts. Cannot manage organization settings, members, or billing.
New invitations default to the member role. Owners and admins can change a member’s role after they join.

Changing roles

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click their current role and select a new one.
The organization owner’s role cannot be changed by other members.

Removing members

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click the remove option and confirm.
Removed members lose access to the organization immediately.
