Mora is invite-only, new users must be invited by an existing member of your organization.

Inviting members

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  3. Click Invite.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join. They can sign in with Google or create an email/password account.
Invitations expire after a set period. If the link expires, send a new invitation.

Roles

Each member has one of three roles: New invitations default to the member role. Owners and admins can change a member’s role after they join.

Changing roles

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click their current role and select a new one.
The organization owner’s role cannot be changed by other members.

Removing members

  1. Open Settings → Members.
  2. Find the member in the list.
  3. Click the remove option and confirm.
Removed members lose access to the organization immediately.
