Favorites

Click the star icon on a dashboard to mark it as a favorite. Favorited dashboards appear prominently in your sidebar for quick access.

Sharing screen

The dashboard menu’s Share… option opens a single sharing screen with two sections:
  1. Anyone with the link — toggle a public URL for the dashboard.
  2. Invite people — add specific people by email.
Any workspace member can change a dashboard’s sharing settings. Turn on Share with link to make the dashboard reachable at /boards/{id} for non-members. Two access modes are available:
  • Anyone with the link — no sign-in required. The page renders read-only and AI features are off.
  • Signed-in users only — visitors must be logged in (any account, no workspace membership required).
When the toggle is off, the URL grants no access to non-members; opening it returns “Board not found”.

Invite people

Add an email address and click Invite to send a board invitation. The invitee receives an email with a /join/board?id=... link. Accepting:
  • Adds them to Shared with me in their sidebar.
  • Grants read-only access to that single board.
  • Does not add them to your workspace as a teammate (no members row, no seat).
Pending invitations and current guests appear under the email input. Use the cross icon to cancel a pending invite or revoke a guest’s access.

Permissions

  • Any workspace member can view, edit, delete, and change sharing on any dashboard in the workspace.
  • Public-link viewers and board guests see the dashboard read-only — no sidepane, no edit affordances, no AI.

Behavior notes

  • Duplicate resets sharing — the cloned dashboard is private with no guests.
  • Delete cascades to invitations and guest memberships.
  • Public-link views and guest views are not real-time — visitors see a snapshot until they reload.
