Favorites

Click the star icon on a board to mark it as a favorite. Favorited boards appear prominently in your sidebar for quick access.

Public boards

Toggle a board’s public setting to control visibility within your organization:
  • Public — all members of your organization can see the board.
  • Private — only you (the owner) can see it.
Use the Copy link option from the board’s menu to share a direct URL with teammates. Anyone in your organization with access can open the link and see the board.

Permissions

  • The owner of a board can edit, delete, and change visibility.
  • Other organization members can view public boards and interact with filters, but cannot modify the board’s layout or configuration.
